My business coaching is designed specifically for health and wellbeing practitioners who want to start, grow, or niche their private practice. With a strong background in digital strategy, branding, and client engagement, I help professionals confidently use social media, podcasts, networking, and content marketing to connect with their ideal audience.
I describe myself as a “tech savvy and digital brightspark”. I love tech, digital media, creating websites, writing blogs, social networking tools such as LinkedIn and developing and hosting online events – check out my Hey Gyno! Community which has been running since 2023.
Digital technology can make private practice more simplistic from using convenient online booking platforms for your audience such as Acuity Scheduling, Veed for video content, Riverside for video content, Chat GPT to make your whole life simpler, right though to using Canva for creativity and Otter for on the spot content.

I share all my digital media and marketing tools and insights with business coaching clients so that you can take full control of every aspect of your practice.
