About Orlagh Reid
Orlagh Reid is a qualified Personal, Life & Business Coach, IACP Accredited Psychotherapist, Group Facilitator and Writer based in Kildare, Ireland. A lifelong passion for health and wellbeing began early—she trained as a Complementary Health Therapist at 21 and holds four diplomas in Holistic Health Therapy before training as a Psychotherapist in 2007.
With over a decade in private practice as a solopreneur, Orlagh has built a thriving psychotherapy and coaching business while balancing life as a mother of young children. She is also a passionate and outspoken advocate for women’s health, bringing both personal insight and professional expertise to her work.
