ABOUT ME

I coach counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, nutritionists, health therapists, coaches, and health and medical professionals want to start, build, grow and go niche in Ireland’s thriving and competitive health industry.

Welcome, I am Orlagh Reid, a qualified and IACP-accredited Psychotherapist, Clinical Sexologist, and Personal & Business Coach with more than 20 years’ experience in the health and wellbeing field. Based in Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland I work primarily online on Zoom and Doxy with morning availability in home private practice supporting clients and coaching health professionals across Ireland. With over a decade of experience in private practice, she has guided countless individuals and professionals through personal growth, business development, and the challenges of modern life.

My passion lies in sharing my expertise and training and empowering people – whether that’s through Psychotherapy, Coaching, positive health and life and business coaching helping health professionals start, build and grow thriving health practices – while staying healthy at the same time.

Orlagh’s passion and search for health and wellbeing began at 21, when she trained as a Complementary Health Therapist. Since then, she has earned four diplomas in Holistic Health Therapy, built her own successful private practice, and established herself as a trusted solopreneur in the health and wellbeing sector. Like most health practitioners, she worked in the large corporate sector while training and building her health career before finally tranistioning and pivoting to private practice fulltime in 2014.

Orlagh brings not only professional expertise but also real-life insight as a mother of young children and an outspoken advocate for women’s health. She is committed to creating open conversations around wellbeing, entrepreneurship, and the realities of balancing personal and professional life.

Alongside her psychotherapy and coaching practice, Orlagh is a passionate writer, podcast guest, and event speaker. Her voice and perspective have been featured across Irish media, where she contributes on topics ranging from mental health and women’s wellbeing to the business of healthcare.

Whether through one-to-one coaching, group facilitation, or sharing her expertise in the media, Orlagh’s mission is clear: to empower health, medical and wellbeing professionals to thrive—personally, professionally, and in business.
